There are already seven casualties in Izyum following a Russian airstrike

Both children were hospitalized, and medical personnel are providing them with the necessary care.
Another injured child is a 13-year-old girl. Doctors diagnosed her with an acute stress reaction. Her condition is being monitored by medical staff. In addition to the children, three adults were injured. A 21-year-old man, a 40-year-old man, and a 50-year-old woman were taken to the hospital. All of them sustained blast injuries of varying severity.
Another victim is a 66-year-old woman. Doctors diagnosed her with an acute stress reaction. She is currently under medical supervision and receiving the necessary care. “An 8-year-old boy suffered blast injuries, and a 16-year-old girl sustained glass-related injuries. They have been hospitalized,” said Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to the regional military administration, a Russian aerial bomb struck the IOMZ area—the former Izyum Optical-Mechanical Plant—and near the railway market. The explosion damaged utility buildings, warehouses, and other structures. The blast wave shattered windows in nearby buildings. Rescue workers, law enforcement officers, medical personnel, and local government officials continue to work at the scene.
