Video: A Moldovan citizen lost his car, documents, and money in the Kyiv region due to shelling by Russia
During the Russian ballistic missile attack on the Kyiv region on the night of August 5, a Moldovan citizen who had arrived the previous day at a logistics center in the village of Chaiky was injured.
According to the victim, he arrived at the logistics center in the evening because the loading of his vehicle was scheduled for 8 a.m.
Because of this, the man and his son decided to spend the night in the car.
Around 12:30 a.m., a powerful explosion occurred, forcing them to quickly leave the car.
“We ran out of the car without any clothes on—no slippers, nothing. We’re lucky to be alive,” said the Moldovan citizen.
As a result of the blast, the man suffered burns, and his car was completely destroyed.
Along with the vehicle, documents, money, and personal belongings that were inside were destroyed.
The Russian nighttime attack on the Kyiv region caused significant destruction to civilian infrastructure, particularly logistics facilities where civilians were present at the time of the strike.
