Video: Russia attacked the South Bridge in Kyiv while the subway was running

Russian troops struck the South Bridge in Kyiv. At the time of the attack, a Kyiv Metro train was crossing the bridge, according to a source.

 

A drone struck the guardrail near the bridge’s roadway. Passengers heard a powerful explosion and saw a flash. Immediately afterward, smoke filled the car, and ash rained down from the ventilation system.

No one was injured. The train reached the right bank at the “Vydubychi” station, where the passengers were let off. It is currently unknown whether the train sustained any damage. Another train then took over service on the green line.
