Video: Russia strikes Kharkiv with jet-powered drones for the first time

On April 2, Russian occupiers used jet-powered drones for the first time to strike Kharkiv.

This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram. 

According to him, the city has been shelled 11 times since the start of the day, with all hits recorded in the Kyivskyi district.

Most of the enemy drones were jet-powered—such drones had not been used against Kharkiv before.

Terekhov noted that the number of strikes could have been higher, but some of the drones were shot down by the Ukrainian military.

At the same time, new enemy drones have been spotted in the suburbs of Kharkiv, which may be heading toward the city. The mayor urged residents not to ignore air raid sirens.

As a reminder, the Russians attacked the Kyiv region with drones: there is damage.

Russia also attacked Ukraine with 164 drones; air defense forces destroyed 150 UAVs.
