Russian forces are shelling the Kherson region with drones and artillery; there are casualties
The Russian army continues to launch massive attacks on settlements in the Kherson region, using artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles in its strikes.
As a result of the latest enemy shelling in Kherson itself and nearby villages, five adult residents and a 13-year-old girl sustained injuries of varying severity.
Occupation forces once again opened fire on the village of Komyshany, using artillery systems. A local resident was hit by enemy fire and was promptly hospitalized in critical condition.
“A 55-year-old resident of Komyshany, who was caught in enemy shelling around 11:20 a.m., was taken to the hospital in serious condition,” the Kherson City Military Administration reported.
In addition, another attack using unmanned aerial vehicles was recorded in the Korabelny district of Kherson. Russian invaders dropped explosives from a drone directly onto a civilian truck.
Two men, aged 54 and 45, were injured in the strike, suffering concussions, closed head injuries, and numerous shrapnel wounds.
A 57-year-old woman from Kherson, who was injured during the shelling of the Dniprovskyi district, also sought medical help on her own. Doctors diagnosed her with blast trauma and contusions, assessing her condition as mild.
In addition, a 33-year-old resident of the village of Nadiivka, whose house was attacked by a Russian UAV the day before, required hospitalization.

Over the past day, 291 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian troops, with the most intense fighting continuing in the Pokrovsk direction.
