Three people were killed and 17 others were injured as a result of a Russian airstrike on Sumy, according to local authorities and emergency services. Among the victims is a 16-year-old teenager.
This was announced by Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.
“Three people were killed and 17 were injured as a result of a Russian cruise missile strike on Sumy,” the post reads.

It is noted that the deceased include a woman and a man. Another person sustained extremely severe injuries; it is currently impossible to determine their gender. The identities of the deceased are being established.
Grigorov reported that among the injured is a 16-year-old boy; he and two others with severe injuries are currently undergoing surgery. The other injured individuals are being examined and receiving the necessary medical care. Some of the victims have already received treatment and have been discharged from the hospital.

“The threat of enemy attacks remains. Stay in safe places and do not approach the sites of strikes due to the risk of follow-up attacks,” the head of the Regional Military Administration emphasized.
As a reminder, a man was killed in the Chernihiv region as a result of a Russian drone attack.
As a result of attacks by Russian forces over the past day, on July 14, one civilian was killed in the Donetsk region. Seven more people were wounded due to shelling in the region.
Russia has been carrying out massive attacks on the Odesa region for the fifth consecutive day.
