For the fourth month in a row, Russia has been losing more troops than it is mobilizing — Madyar
Throughout March 2026, soldiers of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) eliminated 10,200 Russian invaders, exceeding the enemy’s mobilization rate.
The commander of the UAS, Robert Brovdi, call sign “Madyar,” reported on the successful operations of Ukrainian units, citing intelligence data and verified reports.
According to the commander, the trend in enemy losses indicates a serious crisis within the ranks of the occupying forces.
“The mobilization rate is sluggish; according to intelligence data and the plan, over 1,000 casualties per day were recorded throughout March 2026,” Robert Brovdi noted in his report.
The situation on the front demonstrates that the flow of mercenaries lured by monetary payments is unable to offset the number of casualties.
“There are plenty of guys who swallowed the bait of crazy money and bought a one-way ticket,” emphasized the head of the Unmanned Systems Forces.
An important detail of the March results is that the number of eliminated invaders has officially surpassed the total number of “fresh” enemy forces arriving.
“According to records of enemy personnel destroyed or neutralized, the Ukrainian Defense Forces’ drone operators have ALREADY surpassed the total number of fresh reinforcements that arrived in the ATO zone during March,” emphasized “Madyar.”
The trend of depleting the Russian army’s reserves has persisted for quite some time, as confirmed by monthly statistics.
The commander clarified that for the fourth consecutive month, starting in December 2025, enemy losses have consistently exceeded the number of mobilized troops.
In addition to confirmed data, there is a significant percentage of losses that cannot currently be visually recorded due to the nature of combat operations.
“An unaccounted-for bonus adds about +15–20% of strikes against the Russian Federation’s military infrastructure each month, which cannot be verified due to the nature of the strikes,” explained Robert Brovdi.
As a reminder, fighters from the “Raid” regiment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Unmanned Systems Forces struck a network of repeaters and local communication systems that Russia uses as a replacement for Starlink terminals.
The Russians replacedStarlink with an alternative that is more visible to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Additionally, the blocking of Starlink and restrictions on Telegram have created problems for Russian forces, according to Estonian intelligence.
The Russian command has acknowledged the mass shutdown of Starlink terminals for the first time.
