Ukrainian defense forces have struck a number of Russian military air defense systems, including radar stations and an anti-aircraft missile system.
According to the General Staff, three radar stations were hit, including the “Nebo-U” complex in the temporarily occupied city of Feodosia.
Strikes on two targets in the Belgorod region have also been confirmed—an airspace control radar station near Mykolaivka and the “Kasta-2E” station near Lubyane-Pervoye.
In addition, damage to the “Tor-M1” anti-aircraft missile system in the area of occupied Lozove in the Luhansk region has been recorded.
The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.
Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the invaders’ strategic goal is currently to seize additional territories to create a so-called “buffer zone” within the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces are adjusting military training to effectively counter enemy drones and modern threats on the battlefield.
