The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed an FPV drone production facility and warehouses containing robotic systems near Donetsk

Operators from the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Airborne Assault Troops launched strikes using Fire Point drones against a number of military targets belonging to the Russian occupiers on the outskirts of the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk. Among the targets struck were a workshop for assembling and preparing FPV drones, as well as warehouses containing the enemy’s ground-based robotic systems.

As noted by military officials, one of the key tasks of the 7th Airborne Assault Corps at present is to reduce the enemy’s ability to conduct combat operations. That is why they are employing the full spectrum of “middle strike” capabilities, depending on the type and range of the target.

“During a routine anti-logistics operation, the 237th Separate Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 7th Airborne Corps delivered a series of strikes using Fire Point systems against targets on the outskirts of Donetsk. This area is one of the key logistical hubs for the Russian forces in the Donetsk region. It is from here that the enemy supports units conducting offensive operations, particularly in the Pokrovsk direction,” the statement reads.

As a result of the strikes, the following were destroyed: an assembly and pre-flight preparation workshop for FPV drones and heavy “Baba Yaga”-type strike bombers. Warehouses housing ground-based robotic systems were also hit.

In addition, a “middle strike” hit the location of Russian personnel, the military added.

The 7th Airborne Corps reported this on Facebook and shared exclusive footage of Fire Point preparations for launch and the destruction of Russian targets in the rear.

As a reminder, Zelenskyy revealed the first details about the “iron dome” that will protect Ukraine and Europe.

The State Audit Service has published the results of its audit of Fire Point’s contracts.
