The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled more than 250 assaults and carried out precision strikes on Russian positions
Over the past 24 hours, 253 combat engagements were recorded along the front line, during which Ukrainian defenders steadfastly repelled the invaders’ advance and inflicted significant losses on the enemy.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The military continues to resolutely repel the enemy’s attempts to advance deeper into our territory, delivering effective firepower.
In total, over the past day, the enemy launched one missile strike using a single missile and carried out 95 airstrikes, dropping 288 guided bombs.
In addition, the invaders deployed 9,655 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,285 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 16 using multiple launch rocket systems.
In response, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck 12 areas where enemy personnel were concentrated and three UAV command posts.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions over the past 24 hours, the aggressor carried out three airstrikes using seven guided aerial bombs and fired 80 rounds at our troops’ positions and populated areas.
In addition, Ukrainian forces recorded two enemy assaults in these sectors of the front.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 10 times in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Vilcha, Synelnykove, Vovchanski Khutory, and toward Izbytske.
Meanwhile, in the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked six times, attempting to advance toward Kurylivka, Kivsharivka, Novoplatonivka, Novoosynove, and Hlushevka.
In the Lyman sector, Russian occupiers attempted to breach our defenses seven times, launching assaults in the areas of the settlements of Zarichne, Seredne, and toward Lyman and Shyikivka.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy launched four assaults toward Rai-Oleksandrivka, Piskunivka, and in the area of Riznykivka, while in the Kramatorsk direction, they attacked in the area of Minkivka.
Significant tension persists in the Kostyantynivka sector, where the enemy carried out 25 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Pleshchiivka, Vilne, Toretske, Rusyn Yar, Stepanivka, and toward Kostyantynivka and Zolotyi Kolodiaz.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attacked seven times in the Ternove area and toward the settlements of Verbove, Dobropillia, and Kalynivske.
The highest level of activity by the occupiers is currently being recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, where our defenders successfully repelled 52 assaults by the aggressor.
Combat clashes took place near the settlements of Zatyshok, Nikanorivka, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Kotlyne, Kam’yanka, Serhiivka, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka, Novopidhorodne, Bilytske, Shevchenko, and Myrne.
The second most intense sector was the Huliaipole direction, where the occupiers carried out 28 attacks toward Novozaporizhzhia, Dobropillia, Rybne, Zlagoda, Zaliznychne, Tsvitkove, Vozdvizhivka, Upper Tersa, Staroukrainka, Huliaipole, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders demonstrated high vigilance and confidently repelled one enemy attempt to advance in the Shcherbakiv area.
In the Dnipro direction, the occupying forces launched three attacks toward the Antonivsky Bridge but were unsuccessful.
