The U.S. military will conduct exercises in Poland using stratospheric microsatellites

In late July and early August, the U.S. Multidomain Command in Europe (MDC-E) will conduct military exercises in Poland involving stratospheric micro-satellites. The flights will take place in accordance with applicable laws and under the strict supervision of airspace security authorities. 

Military officials assure the public that these maneuvers are completely safe for civilians and will not disrupt citizens’ daily lives.

Residents in various regions of the country may observe small balloons in the sky and, after the tests are completed, may see debris from the used equipment. If civilians discover debris or system components, they are strongly advised not to touch them or attempt to retrieve them on their own; any such findings should be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities. Stratospheric microballoons operate at an altitude of 18–30 kilometers and are designed for reconnaissance, surveillance, intercepting radio signals, and maintaining communications in areas lacking infrastructure.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Russian army could attack a NATO member country within the next five years. This would test the alliance’s resilience.

Before meeting with an American delegation consisting of U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, dictator Putin stated that Russia is allegedly ready to go to war with Europe but has no such intention.

In the event of a Russian attack on NATO members, the Alliance could launch a preemptive strike against targets on Russian territory, according to Admiral Rob Bauer, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy considers it entirely possible that Russia could open a second front against another European country even before the war in Ukraine ends.
