Security has been stepped up near the White House due to visits by Zelenskyy and Netanyahu

Enhanced security measures have been implemented in the area around the White House in Washington, D.C., due to visits by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Traffic has been temporarily blocked on nearby streets. Only pedestrians are currently allowed to move through the area.

Security measures around the White House have been tightened in connection with the visits of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to media reports, only pedestrians are allowed on the streets surrounding the complex. Vehicular traffic has been blocked by police cars and dump trucks at key intersections, such as Pennsylvania Avenue and 17th Street, as well as near Lafayette Park.

Netanyahu is staying at Blair House, the U.S. government’s guesthouse, located across from the White House.

Zelenskyy’s first meeting with Trump is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., followed by a meeting with Netanyahu at 11:00 a.m.
