Knesset member Tzvika Fogel will not run with Otzma Yehudit in Israel
In Israel, Knesset member Tzvika Fogel said he will not run with the Otzma Yehudit party in the October elections to the 26th Knesset. The Jerusalem Post reports.
Fogel’s statement
In a post on social media platform X, Fogel said that he cannot continue his work in the Knesset or in a future government as he had planned. Therefore, he decided not to submit his candidacy for the 26th Knesset on behalf of Otzma Yehudit.
The party’s chairman, Knesset member Itamar Ben-Gvir, thanked Fogel for their shared path, friendship, dedication and contribution to the party’s work and the people of Israel. According to him, Fogel dedicated his life to the security of the state and acted with a deep sense of mission, courage and faith in his path.

Places on the electoral list
Also on Sunday, Ben-Gvir announced that Knesset members Limor Son Har-Melech and Yitzhak Kroizer will hold fifth and sixth places, respectively, on Otzma Yehudit’s electoral list.
In the previous elections, both politicians also held these positions, and the party won six seats. According to the latest Maariv poll, Otzma Yehudit may win six seats in the upcoming elections as well, so Son Har-Melech’s and Kroizer’s places on the list are considered relatively safe.
