New victims of Epstein have filed a complaint with the Paris prosecutor's office — RTL

As part of a large-scale French investigation into the activities of the network run by the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein, law enforcement officials have identified about 10 new potential victims

Paris prosecutor Laura Becco announced this on RTL television.

Investigative authorities in the European country have made significant progress in examining the scandalous billionaire’s international connections.

French authorities continue to actively gather testimony from individuals who have suffered from the illegal actions of members of this criminal network.

According to the prosecutor, the total number of people who have officially come forward in the French context of the Epstein case has now risen to about 20

The judicial authorities are seeking to reconstruct the full chronology of events and identify all those involved in the crimes.

Law enforcement agencies have developed a clear procedure to prevent manipulation and premature pressure on witnesses.

“The goal is to determine the nature of the relationships Mr. Epstein had with all the individuals involved before questioning anyone who may be connected to the case,” Laura Becco explained the strategy.

Currently, the prosecutor’s office is in the process of gathering testimony and analyzing physical evidence, so no potential suspects or involved individuals have been questioned yet.

The impetus for opening this criminal investigation in Europe was the large volume of information received from American colleagues.

The prosecutor said that this investigation was launched on the grounds of “human trafficking” after U.S. authorities released thousands of documents from investigations into an American financier who died in 2019.

The human trafficking investigation began after thousands of declassified documents were released in the U.S. regarding the crimes of the financier, who took his own life in prison in 2019.

Paris’s main goal is to identify and bring to justice any intermediaries or accomplices of Epstein on French territory.

Given the global nature of the case, the French side is taking cooperation with other countries to a new level.

France is already preparing official requests for international legal assistance to conduct investigative activities abroad and interview witnesses in other countries.

As a reminder, over a million new files related to Epstein were discovered in the U.S.

Epstein spent 8 years tryingto arrange a meeting with Putin.

New documents in the Jeffrey Epstein case suggest that he may have involved other wealthy and famous people in his crimes.
