Jaishankar tells UN that Pakistan practices terrorism — The Hindu

India’s Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar said during the general debate of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly that Pakistan systematically practices terrorism. According to The Hindu International, the Indian diplomat said that Pakistan’s arguments would not make it possible to normalize terrorism or avoid its consequences.

India’s statement

Speaking at the high-level debate, Jaishankar said that facts had been distorted before the General Assembly the previous day. He did not directly name Pakistan in the quote cited by the publication, but the article describes his remarks as India’s response to statements by the Pakistani side.
