In Ryazan, Russia, following an attack on an oil refinery, local residents began reporting unusual precipitation. According to them, a sticky black substance with a distinct smell of fuel fell from the sky, settling on cars, windows, and city streets. Locals attribute the appearance of this substance to the aftermath of the strike on the refinery.
