France has restricted Israel's participation in the Eurosatory arms exhibition — Politico
Israel has stated that France has barred the country from fully participating in Eurosatory, one of the largest international arms exhibitions, which is set to begin in late June.
This was reported by Politico.
According to the Israeli government, the French decision prohibits Israeli government representatives from participating in the exhibition and does not allow the country to open a national pavilion.
In addition, Israeli defense companies are reportedly allowed to display only air defense systems. According to the Israeli side, the display of offensive weapons systems is completely prohibited.
The Israeli Ministry of Defense stated that due to the imposed restrictions, the ministry will not be able to participate in the exhibition or present a national booth.
French authorities have not yet officially commented on Israel’s statements.
