The FSB announced the arrest of an agent from Germany

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has issued yet another statement claiming to have foiled a terrorist attack on a law enforcement facility in the Stavropol Krai.

According to the occupiers, the attack was being planned by a German citizen born in 1969, who was allegedly acting “on behalf of Ukrainian special services.”

Russian propaganda outlets, citing the FSB’s Public Relations Center, claim that the explosion was planned to take place in Pyatigorsk.

The alleged goal was to kill as many law enforcement officers as possible in the morning hours, when the facility is at its busiest.

“The detainee was carrying a bomb to a law enforcement facility in Pyatigorsk. The explosive device was detected and neutralized by electronic warfare systems,” reads a statement from the Russian security service, as quoted by the aggressor’s state agencies.

Along with the woman, the Russians detained another suspect—a citizen of one of the Central Asian republics.

According to the FSB, he was supposed to remotely detonate the explosive while the German woman was near the building.
