German Foreign Minister Wants an Explanation for Zelenskyy's Personnel Decisions

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadeful expressed his intention to discuss with the Ukrainian side the overall security situation, as well as, of course, the personnel decisions made by President Zelenskyy.

The German official plans to hold talks in the near future with his Ukrainian counterpart, Andriy Sybiga, regarding the security situation and the latest personnel decisions, noting that he seeks to better understand the rationale behind these changes. At the same time, Wadeful emphasized the importance of continuing reforms to build democracy and the rule of law on Ukraine’s path to the EU.

He assured that Germany remains one of Ukraine’s closest partners and hopes for transparency in the reform process.
