Iran continued its missile strikes on Israel, despite Trump's statements about negotiations

On Tuesday, Tehran continued to strike targets in the region, refuting U.S. President Donald Trump’s claims of “very good” negotiations to end the war.

This was reported by Euronews.

Iran launched a new wave of missile strikes against Israel early in the morning, just a few hours after the American leader’s statements about alleged progress in the negotiations. At the same time, the Iranian side denies that any dialogue has taken place.

Iranian state media also reported strikes on the country’s energy infrastructure. Specifically, two gas facilities and a pipeline were targeted.

According to the Fars news agency, “the gas administration building and the gas pressure regulation station in Isfahan were targeted” by the strikes. There are also reports of an attack on the gas pipeline of the Khorramshahr power plant in southwestern Iran.

“A projectile struck the area near the Khorramshahr gas pipeline processing station,” the agency notes, citing the governor of the city bordering Iraq.

Iranian media are reporting on U.S. and Israeli attacks on energy infrastructure in the cities of Isfahan and Khorramshahr. According to the Iranian Fars news agency, gas supply facilities and a gas pipeline were struck. There are no civilian casualties.

Iran has announced“surprises” for the U.S. and Israel in the coming days.

As a reminder, the U.S. and Israel have different objectives in the war with Iran.

Israel also bombed a port from which Iran was supplying weapons to Russia.
