Canada has imposed new sanctions against Russia's shadow fleet
Canada has announced a new package of sanctions against more than 160 entities linked to Russia’s so-called shadow fleet. This was announced by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney following a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the sidelines of the G7 summit, according to Suspilne.
According to Carney, another shipment of air defense systems is already on its way to Ukraine as part of the PURL program. Additionally, Ottawa is strengthening cooperation with Kyiv in the field of drone production.
