Iran will expedite judicial proceedings, which will lead to the faster execution of death sentences

The head of Iran’s judiciary, Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei, has officially called on the country’s Supreme Court to expedite, to the greatest extent possible, the review of requests for case reconsideration under Article 477.

This step will significantly reduce the lengthy delays in the enforcement of court rulings, which will directly impact the execution of death sentences

At the same time, Iran is taking a hardline stance on the international stage and has no intention of making concessions to its geopolitical opponents.

Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei also emphasized that Tehran will not deviate from its principles in negotiations with the United States and will continue to support the forces of the “Axis of Resistance.”

Despite internal legal changes, the Iranian leadership seeks to demonstrate the stability and steadfastness of its foreign policy course.

Against this backdrop, the situation regarding human rights in the Islamic Republic continues to be under close scrutiny by the international community.

During diplomatic meetings with leaders of other countries, the scale of the internal crisis in Iran is being actively discussed.

Against this backdrop, U.S. President Donald Trump, during a meeting with the Emir of Qatar, cited extensive data on internal repression in Iran, stating that at least 42,000 protesters had been killed during the protests in the country.
