It is known that Dutch authorities have implemented quarantine measures for 25 crew members and two staff members who remain on board.
Also, according to a statement from local authorities, quarantine centers have been set up for some crew members who are not Dutch citizens. However, it is not yet clear whether they will remain there for the entire 42-day quarantine period.
Some Dutch citizens have expressed concern about the ship’s arrival in Rotterdam. They fear that people will not be able to follow quarantine rules, but told Reuters that they do not expect a new pandemic.
