Ramzan Kadyrov's youngest son received a new medal

Adam, the 18-year-old son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has received yet another award. This time, he was honored with the “For Combat Solidarity” medal from the Ministry of Defense of the self-proclaimed republic of Abkhazia. In total, Kadyrov Jr. already has more than 20 orders, medals, and honorary titles

The medal was presented during an awards ceremony for the winners of a tactical shooting championship among law enforcement units.

The competition took place at the so-called Russian Special Forces University in Gudermes. There, among other things, mercenaries from various regions of Russia are trained for subsequent deployment in the war against Ukraine.

Representatives of the self-proclaimed Abkhazia also participated in the championship.

Meanwhile, just two weeks ago, Adam Kadyrov and his brother Akhmat were awarded the title of honorary citizens of the Kurchaloyevsky District.

Adam Kadyrov began regularly receiving awards in 2023, when he was 15 years old.

This happened after he beat up Nikita Zhuravel in a Grozny detention center; Zhuravel had been arrested in connection with the burning of the Quran.

After that, the son of Chechnya’s leader began to be regularly honored with orders, medals, and honorary titles. Over the course of three years, their number exceeded twenty.

In particular, in 2023, Adam Kadyrov was awarded the title of “Hero of Chechnya.” In June 2026, he was awarded this title a second time—the corresponding decree was again signed by his father.

In July, Kadyrov Jr. also received the “90 Years of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs Traffic Police” medal.

Along with the increase in the number of awards, Adam Kadyrov has been appointed to new positions within Chechnya’s government and security agencies.

He currently serves as:

  • Secretary of the Chechen Security Council;
  • Assistant to the Head of the Republic;
  • head of Ramzan Kadyrov’s security department;
  • supervisor of the Russian Special Forces University.

Thus, at the age of 18, the son of the head of Chechnya already has more than two dozen state, departmental, and regional awards and holds a number of positions in law enforcement and government agencies.

Ramzan Kadyrov announced the new award. According to him, Adam was honored “for a high level of coordination and strengthening cooperation.”

This was reported by Russian media.

Portraits of 18-year-old Adam Kadyrov—the son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov—have begun to appear in the offices of Chechen government officials.

Akhmat Kadyrov, the eldest son of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has been awarded the title of Hero of the Chechen Republic. This was announced by Chechen Prime Minister Magomed Daudov on his Telegram channel.
