A Moscow resident set fire to a car that had splashed him with water from a puddle
A 48-year-old man was detained in Moscow after setting a car on fire following an incident in which the car's owner splashed him with water from a puddle.

According to law enforcement officials, the owner of the foreign-made car had parked the vehicle near his home and was awakened at night by the screams of a neighbor who had noticed the fire.
