A Moscow resident set fire to a car that had splashed him with water from a puddle
A 48-year-old man was detained in Moscow after setting a car on fire following an incident in which the car's owner splashed him with water from a puddle.
This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement officials, the owner of the foreign-made car had parked the vehicle near his home and was awakened at night by the screams of a neighbor who had noticed the fire.
Police identified and detained the suspect. During questioning, the man confessed that he had decided to take revenge on the driver, who had previously splashed him with water from a puddle while driving by.
