There were 184 clashes on the front lines over the past 24 hours — General Staff
Since the start of the day, 184 combat engagements have been recorded along the front line, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian troops carried out their most intense assaults in the Sloviansk, Huliaipole, and Pokrovsk sectors, where the fiercest fighting continues.
Enemy shelling
The enemy launched two missile strikes using three missiles, carried out 50 airstrikes, and dropped 136 guided bombs. In addition, they deployed 6,556 kamikaze drones and carried out 1,628 shelling attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
Situation in the North
Five combat engagements took place in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, four of which are still ongoing. The enemy carried out 54 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, four of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
Situation in the Kharkiv region
Over the past 24 hours, in the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched 11 assaults on the positions of our units near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Lyman, Starytsia, Okhrimivka, Vovchanski Khutory, Shevyakivka, and Khatne. Two engagements are still ongoing.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out one assault today on the positions of the Defense Forces in the direction of Kivsharivka.
Fighting in the East
Seven attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the Lyman sector in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka, Drobyshove, and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk sector, the Defense Forces successfully halted nineteen attempts by the invaders to advance near Riznykivka, Zakytne, and toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka. Three clashes are ongoing.
Today, the enemy showed no activity in the Kramatorsk, Oleksandrivka, and Dnipro sectors.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Defense Forces repelled twelve enemy assaults near the settlements of Ivanopil, Kostiantynivka, and Mykolaipil; two more clashes are ongoing.
In total, the enemy carried out 18 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Sofiivka, Vilne, Hannivka, Shevchenko, Rodynske, Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, Serhiivka, Udachne, Bilyakivka, Novopavlivka, and Bilyakivka.
According to preliminary estimates, 29 occupiers were killed and 11 wounded here today; three enemy vehicles and two pieces of specialized equipment were destroyed. One enemy artillery system and two enemy vehicles were damaged. A total of 316 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or neutralized
Situation in the south
Twenty-one attacks by the occupiers were repelled in the Huliaipole sector near the settlements of Kopani, Pryvilne, Rivne, Verkhnia Tersa, Tsvitkove, Charivne, Novoselivka, and Huliaipole; and another firefight is ongoing.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy launched two assaults on the positions of our defenders in the areas of Shcherbakiv and Bilohirya.
In other sectors, there have been no significant changes in the situation.
