According to police, a 43-year-old man reported his car stolen on Wednesday. Before that, he had left the vehicle at a car wash.

After receiving the report, police issued warrants for two people. Later, after the warrants had already been issued, bicycle-mounted police officers found one of the two suspects at around 7:30 p.m. The suspect was a minor, who was detained.
Further action
According to police, the minor was due to appear before a court later on Sunday for consideration of issuing a remand warrant. The investigation into the circumstances of the alleged car theft is ongoing.
