NATO has reaffirmed its unwavering support for Ukraine following yet another massive shelling by Russia

The Alliance's mission in Ukraine expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people following a large-scale missile and drone attack carried out by the occupiers. The statement emphasizes that international assistance will continue in response to the aggressor’s attempts to destroy critical infrastructure. NATO representatives have officially pledged to continue providing support to Ukraine to protect the civilian population from hundreds of Russian air attack assets. 

This is stated in a post by the mission on social media platform X.

Last night, Russia launched a significant number of drones and missiles, targeting residential areas and energy facilities across the country. The diplomatic mission emphasized that such actions only strengthen the partners’ resolve to support the country’s defense capabilities.

The Alliance is currently coordinating efforts to respond promptly to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ needs for air defense capabilities. Continued support remains a priority to ensure security and stability in the region. The Alliance condemned yet another act of terror against Ukrainian infrastructure and civilians.

As a reminder, overnight, the Air Defense Forces managed to neutralize 693 aerial targets, including 41 missiles and 652 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia’s massive attack on Ukraine is not accidental. In this way, Russian leader Vladimir Putin is attempting to divert the world’s attention from international events, particularly U.S. President Donald Trump’s visit to China.
