Yashar party leads in polls in Israel — Jerusalem Post
In Israel, the Yashar party, led by Gadi Eisenkot, holds a slight advantage over Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud in the average of five polls. As the Jerusalem Post reports, Yashar averages 22.2 seats, while Likud has 21.2. At the same time, the survey results do not provide an unambiguous picture of the balance between the political blocs.
Results of individual polls
According to KAN News, Yashar receives 24 seats, Likud 20, and Naftali Bennett’s Beyachad party 12. Ofer Winter’s “People of Israel” party and the joint list of Yoaz Hendel and Yaron Zelicha clear the electoral threshold in this survey, winning four seats each. The two main blocs have 52 seats each.
The Channel 13 poll gave Yashar 22 seats and Likud 18, but Netanyahu’s bloc has 54 seats in it, compared with 52 for the bloc of his opponents. Meanwhile, the Channel 14 survey showed an advantage for the right-wing bloc — 64 seats. In this poll, Likud remained the largest party with 30 seats, while Yashar had 21.

Balance between the blocs
On average, Netanyahu’s bloc, which includes “People of Israel,” receives 54.4 seats. Zionist opposition parties average 51 seats, Arab parties 12.2, and the Hendel-Zelicha list 2.4. The Beyachad party ranks third with an average result of 12.2 seats, while the Democrats are fourth with 9.2.
In one Channel 12 poll, the Hendel-Zelicha list cleared the electoral threshold and won four seats, placing outside the two main political camps. According to Channel 16, this list and Winter’s party also received four seats each, while Netanyahu’s bloc had 52 seats compared with 53 for the opposition.
