Passport services in Warsaw and Wrocław are changing their operating procedures
Ukrainians have been informed of changes in the operations of the Passport Service offices in Warsaw and Wrocław. This involves the introduction of a new service delivery format designed to streamline the process of serving citizens. Details of the changes are being finalized.
The state-owned enterprise “Document” announced that starting June 16, the Passport Service in Warsaw and Wrocław will introduce a new operating format.
“Citizens will now be served exclusively by appointment through an electronic queue.
This will ensure a guaranteed appointment time for each client and improve the level of comfort during service," the statement reads.
The state enterprise advises citizens to plan their visits in advance.
“Apostille processing and the issuance of completed documents will take place without an appointment,” the agency added.
Appointments are available on the official website.
