Downed Russian Drone Displayed Outside Moldovan Foreign Ministry as Ambassador Summoned – photo
The Moldovan Foreign Ministry summoned Russian Ambassador Oleg Ozerov to hand him a note of protest after Russian drones violated the country’s airspace.
This was reported by NewsMaker.

On Wednesday, 26 November, after the diplomat arrived at the Foreign Ministry building, officials placed one of the downed drones—found in the Florești area—directly in front of the entrance.
Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi said that incidents involving drones are unacceptable, stressing that Moldova’s sovereignty and territorial integrity “are under threat when such incidents occur.”
Referring to Ozerov’s claim that Moscow needs proof that the aircraft are Russian, Popșoi said at a press conference on 26 November that “this statement was heard in Moscow, and the evidence was sent” the previous day, when the drone crashed in Florești.
When asked whether protest notes were sufficient, Popșoi replied that Moldova was calibrating its response to the complex security situation it is facing and was drawing on the experience of neighbouring states.
In Romania, near the borders with Ukraine and Moldova, authorities on 25 November also found a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle without a warhead that had entered the country’s airspace the same night.
