Five Palestinians injured after being beaten by Israeli forces in the West Bank
In the occupied West Bank in Palestine, five Palestinians were injured after being beaten by Israeli forces in two localities in the north of the region. Medics from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society took the injured people to hospitals, Anadolu Agency reports, citing the organization’s statements.
Injured in Anabta and Burqa
Two people were taken to hospital from the town of Anabta in the Tulkarm governorate. According to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, they were attacked and beaten by Israeli forces.
Medics took another three Palestinians to hospital from the town of Burqa in the Nablus governorate. The organization’s statement says they were also beaten by Israeli forces.

Tear gas at checkpoint and court ruling
The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that Israeli forces used tear gas against Palestinians near the Ein Sinya military checkpoint north of Ramallah. Before that, according to the agency, restrictions at the checkpoint were tightened and vehicle movement was obstructed, causing major traffic jams. No injuries were reported in this incident.
Wafa also reported that an Israeli court rejected appeals seeking to halt the demolition of residential and agricultural structures in the northern Jordan Valley. Mutaz Bisharat, a representative monitoring Israeli settlement activity in the Tubas governorate, said that the appeals by the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission and the Tubas governorate authorities concerned structures belonging to eight Palestinians.
