The Krakow Police are investigating insults and threats directed at Ukrainian workers
The Kraków police have opened a criminal investigation into threats and discrimination on the basis of nationality following an incident at a company near Skawina in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. There, an employee of a Polish company insulted Ukrainian workers, according to “European Truth,” citing RMF 24.
The incident occurred last Friday at a factory near Kraków and was captured on video. In the recording, a man wearing a construction helmet and a yellow vest uses profanity toward workers from Ukraine, shouting, “Banderite, you bastard,” “Go to the front, you bastard,” and “Putin is waiting for you.” He then approached the person filming and tried to take the phone away.
According to Katarzyna Cisl, a spokesperson for the Lesser Poland Police, the next day, two Ukrainian workers filed a report with the police station in Skawina regarding the threats. After reviewing the video, law enforcement officials decided to also investigate possible discrimination based on nationality.

The man’s identity has been established, but he has not yet been detained. Grupa Stadnicki, the company where he worked, stated that this person “no longer represents our company in any way.”
In its statement, the company also condemned aggression and violence, emphasizing its zero tolerance for such actions. Grupa Stadnicki added that the man’s behavior was his “entirely private, unauthorized action.”
