Suppliers have announced gas prices for June: what rates will appear on bills
Gas suppliers in Ukraine have announced their rates for residential consumers for June 2026, leaving their basic annual plans unchanged while monthly rates have fluctuated. Depending on the company, annual rate plans for Ukrainians will range from 7.96 to 9.99 hryvnia per cubic meter, while monthly variable rates will range from 8.46 to 28.49 hryvnia per cubic meter.
This was reported by GazPravda.
There are currently eight suppliers operating in the Ukrainian residential gas market, four of which offer exclusively annual plans, while the other four offer both annual and monthly options. The lowest annual price was traditionally set by the gas supplier Naftogaz of Ukraine, which supplies approximately 98% or over 12 million Ukrainian households, fixing the tariff at 7.96 hryvnia per cubic meter until at least April 30, 2027. A similar base rate of 7.96 hryvnia was approved by Ternopiloblgaz Zbut, while Prykarpat Energo Trade set the price at 7.98 hryvnia, and Halnaftogaz and OKKO Contract at 7.99 hryvnia per cubic meter.
The most expensive annual offers among all suppliers were recorded by SvitloGaz, where the cost of fuel is 9.99 hryvnia per cubic meter. At the same time, monthly variable rates in June showed a decrease compared to the previous period in May. Despite the existence of higher fixed monthly rates, it is the stable annual offers that remain the primary and basic options for the vast majority of residential consumers in the country.
In Ukraine, Ukrenergo’s tariffs may be revised as early as July 1, and they will increase for energy market operators.
