Polish President Navrotsky does not plan to visit Ukraine in 2026
Polish President Karol Nawrocki announced that he had received an official invitation from Volodymyr Zelenskyy to visit the Ukrainian capital.
This was reported by Ukrinform.
According to the Polish leader, the visit could take place as early as next year, but for now, the trip has been postponed until at least 2027.
During their most recent conversation, the parties discussed in detail the organization of an international conference on Ukraine’s recovery.
This important event is scheduled to take place in late June in Gdańsk, where further coordination of efforts between the countries is expected.
“Indeed, President Zelenskyy said that he is inviting me to Ukraine, to Kyiv. Perhaps next year,” Karol Nawrocki noted.
He emphasized that the dialogue between the leaders of the two countries always remains productive.
The Polish president described the meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy as having taken place “in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.”
The parties plan to hold another meeting during the June forum in Poland to finalize their plans.
