Hidden videos point to possible illegal funding of Reform UK — YLE News
The leadership of the British right-wing populist party Reform UK appears in hidden video recordings which, according to Channel 4, concern the arrangement of foreign funding for the party’s needs. Reform UK leader Nigel Farage is also featured in the recordings.
Hidden recordings
As YLE News reports, the hidden video recordings were made by the investigative journalism group Verbatim. British broadcaster Channel 4 said it had verified the authenticity of the footage.

According to Channel 4, Farage appears in the video to be aware of an arrangement to direct foreign money toward funding opinion polls commissioned by Reform UK.

An expert interviewed by Channel 4 considers such a scheme illegal. It concerns an arrangement to use foreign funds to pay for public opinion polls commissioned by the party.
