“Brainwashed Harry”: New Sensational Details from a Book About the British Royal Family Have Been Published
Tom Bower’s new book, *Betrayal: Power, Deception, and the Struggle for the Future of the Royal Family*, reveals details about the strained relationships within the British royal family.

In particular, the author claims that Queen Camilla allegedly said in a private conversation that Meghan Markle had “brainwashed” Prince Harry.
The book also describes the general rejection of Meghan by part of the royal family. It is noted that Harry himself previously had a complicated relationship with Camilla—in his memoirs, he recalled that he and his brother had asked their father not to marry her.
The Sussex family has criticized the book, calling it a “crazy conspiracy.”
At the same time, royal expert Ingrid Seward suggests that such remarks may have been made and believes that the publication will only exacerbate the conflict between Harry, Meghan, and the royal family.
