Putin hopes that someone will take Ukraine's western regions away from it
Russian dictator Putin has once again claimed that Russia is allegedly not committing acts of aggression against Ukraine and did not initiate the aggression, but is merely responding to attacks by Kyiv, which are being carried out with Western support. And Russia, which invaded back in 2014, is supposedly still the guarantor of Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
In his speech, the dictator once again repeated propaganda claims that Ukraine’s western regions are “Stalin’s gift,” which will supposedly return to Hungary, Romania, and Poland sooner or later.
Putin also claimed that Russia alone was the sole guarantor of Ukraine’s territorial integrity, which completely contradicts the fact of the full-scale invasion and annexation of Ukrainian territories.

As a reminder, during a face-to-face meeting with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed suspending hostilities in Ukraine and returning to the negotiation process based on the 2022 Istanbul agreements.
