Trump plans separate meetings with Zelenskyy and Netanyahu at the White House
U.S. President Donald Trump plans to hold separate meetings on Tuesday at the White House with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The talks are expected to focus on Russia’s war—as an aggressor state—against Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East.
According to CNN, citing a White House spokesperson, during his meeting with Netanyahu, Trump will discuss the war in Iran, the progress of negotiations with Lebanon, and efforts to expand the “Abraham Accords.”

Trump told reporters on Monday that he and Netanyahu do not see eye to eye on Iran. “We have minor differences, but our positions are quite close,” the U.S. president said.
At the meeting with Zelenskyy, the leaders are expected to discuss the ongoing peace process between Russia and Ukraine, according to a White House spokesperson. “It’s time to end the war,” the White House spokesperson noted. CNN also reports that Zelenskyy and Netanyahu plan to attend Senator Lindsey Graham’s funeral in Washington on Tuesday.
