Donald Trump told reporters that the topic of the war in Ukraine was raised during his conversation with Xi Jinping in Beijing. The conversation focused on a possible resolution to the conflict and further steps toward ending it.

During his interaction with the press, Trump confirmed that he had discussed the situation surrounding Ukraine with the Chinese leader.
"Yes, we discussed it... Is this the (conflict) we want to see resolved?" he told reporters.
According to the US president, both Washington and Beijing are interested in ending the war and finding ways to resolve the situation.
Trump announced the continuation of the military campaign against Iran, according to CNN.
U.S. Central Command stated that Iran has been significantly weakened following the conflict with the United States and is no longer capable of operating with its former military might. Officials in Washington assert that strikes on Tehran’s infrastructure and allies will have long-term consequences.
The U.S. military also struck the vessel Touska, which was attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz under the Iranian flag despite the blockade.
