Trump stated that Iran has partially agreed to the peace plan and the transfer of oil shipments

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that Iran has agreed to most of the 15 points in the plan that Washington conveyed via Pakistan to end the war.

CNN reported this.

“They have responded to us on most of the points. Why wouldn’t they? They agree with our plan. We requested 15 points, and for the most part, we are going to request a couple more points,” Trump said.

The U.S. president also announced that Iran had delivered oil, which will be shipped as early as Monday, “to demonstrate the seriousness of its intentions.” According to him, the country has delivered 20 large tankers of oil, including previous shipments.

Trump added that effective direct and indirect negotiations are ongoing between the U.S. and Iran, which are already yielding “very important results.”

Sources report that the 15-point package proposed by the Trump administration includes restrictions on Iran’s military capabilities, an end to support for proxy forces, and recognition of Israel’s right to exist. Earlier, Trump noted that Tehran had committed not to possess nuclear weapons.

As a reminder, Iran warned the United States against launching a ground operation, stating that if such a step were taken, Tehran would “set fire” to American troops and intensify attacks on U.S. allies.

The United States is increasing pressure on Tehran, forcing the Iranian leadership to seek avenues for negotiations on Washington’s terms.

As a reminder, Trump stated that Iran had offered him the position of supreme leader.

Trump also mentioned the possibility of seizing Iranian oil and the island of Kharg.
