The IDF announced airstrikes on two more bridges in southern Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces have officially announced their intention to carry out precision airstrikes on two bridges spanning the Litani River in southern Lebanon.

The targets are the Sahmar and Mashghar facilities, which, according to intelligence reports, are being used for the logistics of a terrorist group.

The Israeli command emphasizes that these measures are necessary to stop the transfer of reinforcements and military equipment by militants to the southern regions of the country.

The IDF’s Arabic-language press service reported that Hezbollah terrorists are moving their forces under the cover of the civilian population.

As a result, the Israeli army is forced to carry out large-scale strikes on infrastructure used by the enemy.

“To prevent the transfer of Hezbollah reinforcements and military equipment to southern Lebanon, the IDF will strike two bridges across the Litani River,” the statement said.

The military has urged local residents to immediately change their route for their own safety.

Civilians are advised to remain in areas north of the Zahra River and strictly refrain from any travel southward.

As a reminder, the IDF eliminated an Iranian general in Tehran.

U.S. President Donald Trump called on Iran’s leadership to urgently conclude a ceasefire agreement, warning of the risk of the country’s complete destruction.

In Iran, the B1 bridge connecting the capital Tehran with the western regions of the country was damaged as a result of airstrikes.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that he had received a request from the new leader of the Iranian regime asking for a ceasefire.

As a reminder, the IRGC announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz and is threatening a “harsh response” to ships.

The Strait of Hormuz could also become the “Trump Strait.”
