Motorcycle exhibition opens in Chongqing with record attendance — ECNS
The 24th China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition has opened in Chongqing, southwestern China. More than 50,000 people visited it on the first day, setting a record for the country’s leading motorcycle trade exhibition, ECNS reports.
More than a thousand exhibitors
The exhibition covers an area of 190,000 square meters and is the largest in its history. More than 1,120 exhibitors from over 30 countries are taking part.
More than 2,500 international professional buyers from over 80 countries gathered at the exhibition for meetings on cooperation in supply chains. Streaming platforms are also presenting Chinese developments to an international audience.
The event will run until September 22 and includes a forum on breakthroughs and innovation.

New models and technologies
Manufacturers Zhang Xue Motorcycle, Benda, Voge, Honda and CFMOTO presented a total of 39 new products. These include premium cruisers, adventure motorcycles and automotive-grade intelligent systems.
The exhibition features 67 technologies, including AI-based interaction solutions, intelligent powertrains and smart suspension systems. According to ECNS, 20 of these technologies are intended to close gaps in China’s domestic developments.
In addition to the business program, more than 2,000 motorcycle clubs have gathered for the event. Custom motorcycle competitions, stunt shows and cultural events are being held for participants.
