The Kremlin praised Trump for his willingness to listen to Putin
Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for Russian President Vladimir Putin, praised U.S. President Donald Trump’s stance on the war in Ukraine, calling it “consistent.”
According to him, Trump is reportedly open to dialogue with the Russian leader. Peskov also stated that the parties agreed to continue their discussions in the near future.
Speaking about the U.S. president, Peskov noted that Trump is “consistent” and “open to hearing from Putin the information that is presented to him.”
This was reported by Russian propaganda media, citing Peskov’s statement.
Peskov threatened Ukraine with further intensified pressure.
On June 30, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 1,350 Russian soldiers. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also released updated data on the losses of Russian occupation forces in the war against Ukraine on June 29, 2026.
The Kremlin has acknowledged its aggression against Ukraine as a full-scale war.
