Roadworks continue on 53 sections of Latvia’s road network — LSM English
Roadworks are ongoing on 53 sections of Latvia’s national road network. Latvian State Roads reported this on September 18. The highest number of restrictions has been recorded on regional roads — on 13 sections, on main highways — on 12, and on local state roads — on 11. Restrictions are also in place on ten bridges.
Delays on the P126 road
On the Valdgale—Roja P126 road between Valdemārpils and Rude, drivers should expect four sections with temporary traffic lights. Due to the restrictions, travel time may increase by approximately 40 minutes.

Restrictions on the Tīnuži—Koknese route
On the Tīnuži—Koknese P80 road, on the section from the Kranciems quarry to AB Park, one temporary traffic light has been installed. Drivers are advised to allow an additional 45 minutes to travel through this section.
