In Mexico, law enforcement officials have arrested one of the key figures in the "New Generation of Jalisco" drug cartel—Audias Flores Silva, known by the alias "El Jardinero."
This was reported by the country’s Minister of Public Security and Citizen Protection.
According to local media, Flores Silva was part of the group’s leadership and was considered a possible successor to its leader, El Mencho, who, according to preliminary reports, was killed in February.

The United States had previously offered a $5 million reward for information that could lead to his capture.
