Minthis in Cyprus hosts day for Pafilia employees’ children
Pafilia held its annual Bring Your Child to Work Day at the Minthis resort complex in Cyprus, inviting employees’ children to take part in outdoor activities. As Cyprus Mail reports, the event took place in the complex’s organic garden and vineyards.
Gardening and harvesting
The children planted plants in the Minthis Organic Garden, learned about growing them and caring for nature. They also harvested vegetables from the organic garden, which they later tasted during a shared family lunch.
Participants fed chickens and collected fresh eggs. After the garden, the programme continued in the vineyards: during the annual harvest period, the children picked grapes directly from the vines.

Creative outdoor activities
During a creative activity, the children used wildflowers and aromatic herbs from the Minthis grounds to decorate their own canvases. Each work became a separate keepsake inspired by the surrounding landscape.
According to Cyprus Mail, the Bring Your Child to Work Day tradition is intended not only to introduce children to part of their parents’ working environment, but also to give families an opportunity to spend time together outside their daily office routine.
