School minibus veers off road and catches fire in Pakistan — Dawn
In the city of Murree, Pakistan, a school minibus veered off the road and caught fire. Police said that at least 11 people were injured in the incident.
Rescue operation
According to Rescue 1122, the incident occurred near Bara Hotar Link Road in Murree. A Suzuki Bolan minibus left the roadway and then caught fire. Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene.
Passengers, most of whom were schoolchildren, were evacuated from the vehicle. The vehicle was engulfed in flames, Dawn reports.

Minibus passengers
There were 11 passengers in the minibus, aged between four and 14. According to preliminary data from Rescue 1122, nine of them suffered burns of varying severity, while two had no burn injuries. The rescue service said the victims' injuries were minor.
Earlier this year, eight students were injured in a fire in a school minibus in Karachi. In February, one schoolgirl was killed and six others were injured in Okara after their minibus collided with a truck.
