CIFTIS 2026 services trade fair opens in Beijing
The China International Fair for Trade in Services CIFTIS 2026 opened in Beijing, China, on September 9. The event is taking place at Shougang Park. It is attended by 90 countries, regions and international organizations, while more than 1,830 enterprises are exhibiting directly at the fair venue.
Participants include 473 companies from the Fortune Global 500 list or enterprises that are leaders in their industries. This was reported by ECNS.
Forums and business events
The forum and conference program has been divided into four thematic areas: open integration, mutually beneficial cooperation, digital and intelligent innovation, and green development.

As part of CIFTIS, nearly 100 conferences and forums and more than 100 business networking and promotion events are planned. Organizers have also launched 11 business visit routes dedicated to attracting investment and cultural and tourism opportunities.
Entering overseas markets
One of the fair's key topics is companies entering overseas markets. For the first time, CIFTIS has set up a separate presentation and roadshow zone for services related to international expansion. Forty-one events are to take place in this zone.
A “convention and exhibition town” has also been created at Shougang Park, with 74 accompanying events planned as part of it.
