A man who insulted Ukrainian women on a bus has been charged in Poland

In Poland, a 54-year-old man has been formally charged following an incident on a bus in Bielsko-Biała, where he insulted Ukrainian women, including two 11-year-old girls.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the man is accused of insulting three Ukrainian women on the basis of their nationality and violating the physical integrity of one of the victims. He faces up to three years in prison.

The suspect has pleaded guilty and provided testimony. Pending the investigation, the court has placed him under police supervision and prohibited him from contacting the victims.

Investigators also interviewed two underage girls. The prosecutor’s office emphasized that there were no provocative or vulgar actions on their part.
